Chrissy will be proud

My Music 120 prof asks the strangest questions on exams.

Name one artist who records mediaeval or Renaissance music.

… What? We never studied that in class. I tried to think of some mention of mediaeval recording artists from class, but I couldn’t come up with anything. In the end, I put the Mediaeval Baebes because I remember Chrissy mentioning them one time.

Name the author of your textbook.

He asked this on one of the midterms as well.

Give the allegorical interpretation of: “Your breasts are like clusters of grapes.”

That made me blank for a while. When I came back to this question, I made up a bunch of crap about the fruit clusters being the Christians who are nourished with the milk of Christ. Which is kinda … weird. But I couldn’t think of anything else. Anyways…

Two finals down, two to go.

Simon and I watched Harry Potter at Paramount afterwards to commemorate the end of Music 120. I can’t believe this is the first Harry Potter movie I’ve seen. I really need to go back and watch the other three.

    I dunno, sounds kind of kinky to me. How about from the point of view of a breast-feeding child or a Japanese man with a lactating breast fetish? (I’ve read some pretty wacky Japanese news articles.)
    OR, how about
    breast -> chest,
    chest -> treasure chest -> trunk,
    trunk -> elephant,
    elephant -> animal,
    and then
    grapes -> fruit,
    fruit -> fruitcake,
    fruitcake -> human male,
    human male -> animal
    That’s a little bit odd, too, and kind of like some sort of weird proof. :P But hey don’t mind me; I got killed by my ling exam this morning, and now I really don’t want to study for my Eosc exam tomorrow at noon.
