I got my TA evaluation today. I did surprisingly better than I thought I would - most people who responded gave me a perfect score. The worst thing that I got was that one person “mildly disagreed” that I was considerate of students. I’m really happy that my average score for helpfulness was 4.78/5, with a standard deviation of 0.51. My average for everything overall was 4.69/5.
I really liked reading all the comments that they wrote, so be sure to actually write something whenever you do your evaluations. One person said that I was the “Best TA ever!” which is really sweet of them. In general, they all said that I was helpful, knowledgeable and approachable, which is great to hear.
